December was another great month for home sales in Ojai.
We had a total of 28 home sold. The least expensive was located at 408 North La Luna Avenue, 4 bed, 2 bath, 1242 sq. ft. with a lot size of 5800 sq. ft. Sold at $415,000 after 119 days on the market.
The most expensive was located at 1250 Foothill Road, 4 bed, 4.50 bath, 4177 sq. ft. with a lot size of 22531 sq. ft. Sold at $2,400,000 after a total of 418 days on the market.
As of January 18, our inventory is very low and we have only 90 homes on the market.
