Homes Sold in December
April was another great month for home sales in Ojai.
Our inventory is still low but the market is solid.
We had a total of 23 home sold. The least expensive was located at 1226 Anita Avenue, 2 bed, 1 bath, 827 sq. ft. with a lot size of 6098 sq. ft. Sold at $450,000 after 52 days on the market.
The most expensive was located at 1945 Meiners Road, 3 bed, 3 bath, 3448 sq. ft. with a lot size of 96268 sq. ft. Sold at $2,495,000 after a total of 76 days on the market.
As of May 8, 2017, our inventory is still low and we have only 104 homes on the market.
